In order to offer you the same personalized service worldwide, your data may be consulted by ST DUPONT entities located in France and abroad, including in countries where the applicable legislation on personal data differs from that in force in your country or within the European Union, for example to access your purchase history from a store other than your main store.
Your personal data may also be processed by us for the purposes described above by our trusted third-party providers. We take all necessary guarantees, including contractual, technical and organizational, to ensure the confidentiality and security of your data and protect this data from any misrepresentation, damage, destruction or access by unauthorized third parties.

CAN I BUY ST DUPONT PRODUCTS ON THE ONLINE STORE?
A product is available for purchase online as soon as the word "Order" appears. You can also contact the Customer Service Center where our Customer Advisors can assist you with your purchases and, if you wish, reserve your items in the store of your choice.
HOW TO FIND A ST DUPONT STORE?
ST DUPONT products are sold in over a hundred stores worldwide. You can find the list of our ST DUPONT stores by clicking on "Stores".
HOW DO I KNOW IF A PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE ON ST DUPONT.COM?
Some of our ST DUPONT items are available for purchase on the ST DUPONT.com website. To check the availability of an item, select the item you are interested in on our website and click on it. This will result in one of two things: If the "order" button appears, this means that you can order it online. Please note that only the available sizes will be displayed. However, it is possible that the item you are looking for is not available for purchase online. You can also contact the Customer Service Center, where our Customer Advisors will be happy to assist you in your purchases and, if you wish, reserve your items in the store of your choice.
HOW TO FIND A PRODUCT ON ST DUPONT.COM?
The products on the site are organized by category and product range. Please use the search engine indicated by a magnifying glass and enter the keywords. All products matching your search will be presented. If you have seen a ST DUPONT product in the press (magazine, TV ad, social networks, etc.) that interests you and you cannot find it on our website
, please contact our Customer Service Center. Our customer advisors will inform you about the characteristics of the products and their availability in store.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
You can create your ST DUPONT customer account by clicking on the "Your account" section located in the menu at the top of our website. Then click on "Create an account" and fill in the mandatory information marked with an asterisk. Finally, click on "Validate". You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided when creating your account. If you need assistance or additional information, please contact our Customer Service Center.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF CREATING AN ACCOUNT?
Creating an account on ST-DUPONT.com allows you to be quickly identified by
S.T. DUPONT when you make purchases online. You can also: - view your order history - track the progress of your orders - exchange or return products - update your contact details. For your security, ST-DUPONT.com does not save your credit card information and will not share your personal data with third parties under any circumstances.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ACCOUNT ON ST-DUPONT.COM?
You can change your ST DUPONT account information by clicking on "Your Account". Enter your username and password and, once logged in, click on "My Profile" to change or delete information. If you wish to delete your account, please contact our Customer Service Center where a Customer Advisor will assist you with the steps to follow.
HOW CAN I FIND MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
If you forget your password, click on "Your account" then on "Forgotten password". An email will be sent to you to reset your password."
YOUR ORDER
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?
Some of our ST DUPONT products are available for purchase on our website. To place an order, add a product to your basket by clicking on "Order" on the selected product page. Please also select the quantity. you wish to order, if necessary. Once you have selected your items, finalize your order by clicking on "My basket" then "Finalize the order". You will then be able to modify or validate your basket and select your delivery method before making your payment. You will be asked to complete your delivery and billing address by selecting one of the following three options:
- log in to your ST DUPONT account if you already have one
-create a ST DUPONT account if you are ordering for the first time on ST-DUPONT.com
- continue as a guest; this option allows you to place an order without creating an account, but your order history will not be saved. Select your payment method and fill in the information to finalize your order. In a few minutes, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your package. For more information, do not hesitate to contact the Customer Service Center.

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY ORDER HISTORY?
If you have created a ST DUPONT customer account, you can view your order history. Log in to your account and click on "My Orders". If you placed an order as a guest, please contact the
Customer Service Center to obtain this information.
HOW IS MY ORDER PREPARED?
After validating your order, it will be prepared within 24 hours. To give you a unique experience, we pay
particular attention to the preparation of your order. Each order is prepared in a ST DUPONT workshop, and individually packaged in its presentation. The presentation box is then inserted into a box that will protect it and keep it anonymous during shipping.
HOW CAN I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASE?
For any order placed on our ST-DUPONT.com website via your ST DUPONT account, you will receive an order confirmation and a receipt by email. Your receipt will also be sent with your package to the billing address you provided. If you placed your order as a guest, your receipt will be sent with your order to the shipping address you provided. If you
would like to obtain a duplicate receipt, please contact the Customer Service Center.
I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER A ST DUPONT GIFT
WILL MY ORDER BE SENT IN A GIFT PACKAGE?
In order to provide you with a unique experience, we pay particular attention to the preparation of your order. Each order is prepared in a ST DUPONT workshop, and individually packaged in its presentation box.
The presentation box is then inserted into a box that will protect it and keep it anonymous during shipping.
CAN I SEND A PERSONAL MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?
Before confirming your order, you will be able to write a personalized message that will be printed and included with your order. The message will be printed on a card and inserted in a ST DUPONT envelope.
DOES THE PRICE OF THE ORDER APPEAR?
If you place an order through your customer account on the ST-DUPONT.com website, the receipt will be sent to you directly electronically to the email address registered in your account. Price tags will be removed from the items you order.
CAN THE RECEIVER EXCHANGE THE GIFT?
If your gift recipient would like to exchange the item, they should contact the Customer Service Center – our Customer Advisors will be happy to guide them through the process.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED ON THE ST-DUPONT.COM WEBSITE?
Payment for purchases on ST-DUPONT.com can be made by credit card, Visa©, MasterCard©, American Express©. Payment for purchases can also be made by Paypal (except for telephone orders) or by payment link, only by contacting our Customer Service Center. You can also refer to our general conditions of sale for more information.
IS AN ONLINE PURCHASE ON ST-DUPONT.COM SECURE?
All transactions made on the ST-DUPONT.com website are extremely secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect personal data and payment information. In addition, ST DUPONT promises to you not to store any credit card information. Finally, we reinforce payment security by means of a 3D Secure system for Visa©, Mastercard© and American Express© bank cards that are equipped with it. An additional step is carried out at the time of payment, which
verifies the identity of the bank card holder and validates the transaction. Each bank has its own authentication. For any questions regarding your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly. If in doubt, you can place your order by telephone with our Customer Service Center.
WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE CHARGED FROM MY ACCOUNT?
Your bank account will be debited as soon as your package is shipped. You will then receive an email from us
confirming the shipment and its tracking number.
YOUR DELIVERY
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
If you placed your order via your ST DUPONT customer account, log in to your account and click on "my orders". You will then be able to check the status of your order:
In preparation: the order has been validated and is being prepared.
Completed: The order has been shipped to the shipping address you provided when you placed your order online. You can track your order using the tracking number at http://www.ups.com

Pending: The order payment has not been finalized. A customer advisor will contact you as soon as possible to assist you with your order.
Cancelled: The order has been cancelled by you or due to product availability. It is also possible that your order payment has not been validated. If you placed your order as a guest, please contact the Customer Service Center – our Customer Advisors will be happy to inform you of the progress of your order.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
If you placed your order through your ST DUPONT customer account, you can track the progress of your order by logging into your account and clicking on "my orders". Then click on the tracking number to track your order. This same tracking number was also sent to you with your shipping confirmation email; enter it on the UPS courier website to track your order. If you placed your order as a guest, please contact the Customer Service Center – our Customer Advisors will be happy to keep you informed of the progress of your order.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Your items can be delivered to your home or to the address you provided when ordering on the ST-DUPONT.com website. Your items will be delivered as soon as payment for your order is registered, within 5 working days for standard deliveries and 3 working days for express deliveries. If an item is unavailable, delivery times may be modified. For more information, please refer to our
general terms and conditions of sale and/or contact our Customer Service.
I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you placed your order through your ST DUPONT customer account, log in to your account and click on "my orders". You will then be able to track the status of your order. If you placed your order as a guest, please track
the progress of your delivery using the tracking number provided in the order confirmation email at the following address: http://www.ups.com. If you do not receive your package within 5 business days, please contact UPS customer service.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT FROM AN ONLINE ORDER FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
You can return any order to us within 14 days of receipt. When returning a product, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging, along with any accessories and accompanying documents and the delivery note. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure the protection of your product. Any item that is not returned or that is returned incomplete, damaged, broken, damaged, soiled or in any other condition that reasonably suggests that it has been used or worn, will not be refunded or exchanged. Personalized items made according to and/or at the request of the customer, or modified products, as well as sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned. An item can only be exchanged once, so the item received
in exchange can only be returned for reimbursement under the usual conditions. To return it, you will need to contact the Customer Service Center to obtain a prepaid voucher.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT ORDERED ONLINE?
The means and costs of returning your order are offered free of charge by ST DUPONT within the limit of one return per order.
To return items purchased online, simply choose one of the following options:
1. Inform ST DUPONT of your wish to make a
return via your account on the Site, in which case ST DUPONT will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation by email. In the "My
orders" section, click on "Request a return". Select the item(s) you wish to return and indicate whether you want a refund. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase and within 14 days of receipt of the product(s), subject to acceptance of your return. 2. Call Customer Service and inform them of your wish to exercise your right of return and set an appointment (date,
time slot and location).
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR IT IS NOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?
If any of your products are damaged or the delivered items do not match your order, please contact our Customer Service Center.
MAINTENANCE SERVICE
HOW CAN I DROP MY ITEM OFF AT THE ST DUPONT MAINTENANCE SERVICE?
For any repairs, you can drop off your ST DUPONT items for after-sales service (care services) in our stores. They will be systematically assessed by our workshops. A quote and a repair time will then be provided to you.
