By accessing and using this platform, you ("Customer", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms"). We invite you to review them carefully prior to placing any order.

Customer: Any individual or legal entity purchasing Products via the Platform.

Platform: The official e-commerce website operated by Luxury Ampersand Frolics Group or its nominated agency

Products: Luxury goods, including but not limited to lighters, writing instruments, leather goods, accessories, and objects d'art offered for sale.

These Terms exclusively govern sales concluded through the Platform within the territory of India.
They do not apply to purchases made via physical boutiques or through other distributors.

S.T. Dupont endeavors to ensure that every description, photograph, and depiction of its Products is accurate.
However, minor variations in color, finish, or detailing may arise due to screen settings, craftsmanship variations, or natural material differences.

All Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.

Payment for Products must be made at the time of placing the order via the authorized payment methods listed on the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already accepted and confirmed.

An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Product(s).

An email acknowledgment of receipt will be sent automatically but does not constitute final acceptance.

The order is considered accepted, and the contract concluded, only upon explicit confirmation by S.T. Dupont.

S.T. Dupont reserves the right to refuse any order, in particular in cases of payment anomalies, inventory unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Delivery is available exclusively within India through our authorized logistics partners.

Delivery timelines are indicative and not contractual. Delays shall not entitle the Customer to cancellation or compensation, except as mandated by applicable law.

Risk of loss and title pass to the Customer upon delivery.

Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the Product has not yet been dispatched.

Return: In accordance with Indian Consumer Protection Laws, defective or damaged Products may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery.

Conditions for Return: Products must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, certificates, and accessories intact.

Non-Returnable Products: Personalized or engraved items, or items showing signs of use, are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Upon satisfactory inspection of returned goods, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

S.T. Dupont Products are crafted with the utmost care and are covered under manufacturer warranties specific to each product category.

Warranty details are available in the warranty card accompanying each Product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S.T. Dupont disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.

Liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the Product purchased.

All content on the Platform—including logos, trademarks, photographs, text, and software is the exclusive property of S.T. Dupont or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.
No reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of such material is permitted without prior written consent.

All personal information collected during the course of the transaction will be processed in accordance with:

S.T. Dupont shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, or supply chain disruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.

Prior to litigation, parties shall endeavor to resolve disputes amicably through conciliation and, if unresolved, binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in New Delhi.

S.T. Dupont reserves the right to amend these Terms at its discretion.
Such amendments shall take effect upon publication on the Platform and shall not apply retroactively to prior sales.
