Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for Products that:

  • Are unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • Are returned within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt
  • Are accompanied by the original invoice and packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Personalised, engraved, or bespoke creations
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage post-delivery

3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our Customer Service at OnlyTheChosen@TheLAFGroup.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Upon eligibility confirmation, we will schedule a collection.
  3. Returned items will undergo a quality inspection before approval.

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed:

  • To the original method of payment
  • Within 10 to 15 business days after approval
  • Deductions may apply for shipping or handling fees, where applicable

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective Product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund, if applicable
